  • No-salt seasoning
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ​Balsamic Vinegar
  • Egg whites
  • Quinoa
  • Edamame spaghetti
  • Frozen salmon
  • Frozen fish (mahi mahi or cod)
  • ​Frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Frozen chicken breasts
  • ​Dried seaweed
  • Canned tuna in water

    Non-meal plan favorites:

  • Dave’s Killer Thin Bread
  • Columbus Turkey Deli Meat
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Pickles
  • Mayonnaise
  • ​Dried fruit

21 Day Fix Grocery List – Grocery Store

  • Coconut Milk
  • Eggs
  • Sunflower Butter
  • Sunflower and/or Pumpkin Seeds
  • Walnuts and/or Almonds
  • Cream of Rice cereal
  • Gluten-free Rolled Oats
  • Hummus
  • Kale
  • Sometimes also Arugula or Spinach
  • Purple (or regular) cauliflower
  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • ​Carrots
  • ​One large white onion
  • One large sweet potato
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Grapes, Strawberries, or Melon
