Lemon Caper Cod Recipe – Non Dairy & Gluten Free-Guud

Ingredients:

1 bag of Trader Joe’s boneless skinless Alaskan Cod pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  • Foil line a 13″ x 9″ pyrex (or other similar) baking dish.
  • Place cod in the dish.
  • Drizzle cod with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle capers and garlic salt onto fish.
  • Bake uncovered in the oven at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
